Paul's knowledge spans all levels of operations in major shopping centres and empowers him to make whatever decisions are required when called upon to resolve any unforeseen issues that can arise.
To gain a better understanding of the products and equipment we use at many of our sites Paul has visited the Tenant factory and the Pioneer factory and laboratory in the USA to discuss some of our specific needs and what these suppliers can provide to assist us. Paul has also attended international cleaning shows in the USA to keep abreast of current developments in the industry.
Because Paul's expertise has been gained while putting in the hard yards from the floor up, his knowledge of the process cycles involved in maintaining all floor finishes to 'world-class' standards is legendary. This knowledge, and his unique understanding of our clients’ needs, makes Paul an invaluable man to have on our team.
