David Bailey, Operations Manager Queensland has excelled in all areas of operations within our industry and gained diverse cleaning experience throughout the 1990’s when he joined Reflections Group.
As Operations Manager David is responsible for overseeing his Area Managers and on-site cleaning teams across the state. The secret of David’s success lies in his unfailing ability to make sure both client and staff needs are met, every day. Even so, he has time to ensure our high level of quality and service is maintained.
Consistency of excellence are David’s watchwords. If our employees are to provide our services in an efficient and timely manner and with a minimum of in convenience or disruption to centre patrons they require proven systems and well serviced and maintained equipment.
David has been responsible for the implementation of our ongoing supervision programs and the wide range of systems involved. David is also required to ensure that all our equipment is maintained, serviced and repaired to reduce disruptions to the provision of services to our clients.
As Reflections Group is renowned for our cleaning standards and systems David also ensures that all employees are trained in appropriate procedures and that they are working in a safe environment.
