Oliver Bonnici, State Operations Manager New South Wales, has recently joined the Reflections Group Management team and we welcome his knowledge and experience in all operational aspects of the Cleaning industry and his additional expertise in all aspects of Waste Management.
Oliver's key responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations at all sites in New South Wales. An initial focus and high priority for Oliver is to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all our contract properties and their unique characteristics. Oliver is meeting with our clients to help achieve this and to get to know their individual expectations for their centres.
Oliver possesses good communication skills and looks forward to building upon these initial meetings to develop open and responsive communications for the future so that the overall standards carried out by Reflections Cleaners are consistent and ongoing and meet with our clients approval.
Oliver will also make sure that all our employees are kept up to date on all current procedures and that they receive all the on the job and external training required to carry out their duties in a safe and proficient manner.
Oliver is committed to be at the forefront and constantly assesses opportunities to introduce new standards in cleaning technologies and the need to be aware of client and public concern for the environment, with regard to the use of chemicals, water and waste management.
