Brief History
Wayne Crewes is the founding owner of the company and the driving force behind setting and establishing the company’s standards and commitment to providing exceptional service that has resulted in tremendous growth and successes over the past twenty years.
Established in Melbourne in 1980 as Shopping Centre Cleaning Services. The company’s exceptional standards underscored its success and expansion into Queensland in 1996, New South Wales in 1999 and South Australia 2003.
In recent times the acquisition of several support service companies supported our company’s growth and transition to supply additional services to new clients.
These new directions for the company resulted in a review of the Company name and branding and the creation of Reflection Group Pty Ltd. The separate supporting services based companies comprising the Group are Reflections Cleaning, Reflections Facility Management and Reflections Security.
In July 2007 Hastings Private Equity Fund II, became a substantial shareholder in Reflections Group. A key factor that attracted Reflections to a partnership with Hastings, was their philosophy to invest in the existing management and people of Reflections, whilst supporting and assisting the Board to explore new opportunities.
Hastings hold two positions on the Reflections Group Board and bring additional financial management and corporate expertise to the Board. Our ongoing commitment to our employees, their training, and the high quality of our service delivery and customer care, are supported by our new board members as we explore new and sustainable opportunities for the Company in Australia and overseas.
The Reflections Group is excited by this new partnership with Hastings Funds Management and the future opportunities that it presents for our employees and our Company, as we strive to be Australia's premier service provider in our chosen markets of retail and commercial cleaning, security and facilities management.
