Tony has brought extensive experience in IT Management from within the manufacturing and distribution Industries, specifically the Automotive Components and Building Products/Hardware sectors. Tony has a proven ability to develop IT Strategic Plans aligned to business strategies and their planned outcomes at both a local and corporate level.
Tony possesses a sound and logical approach to business and systems analysis, business process mapping and re-engineering, change management and problem solving.
Sound planning, organisational and team building skills sit comfortably with Tony along with the ability to develop and coach staff to create a professional, dedicated and loyal teams focused on delivering departmental and company objectives.
Tony's strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills are proven with a track record of operating successfully at senior levels within the business and corporate sector.
