Kevin Lewis National Business Manager has been with Reflections Group in Business Development for well over 10 years and has played a major role in the growth of the group from approximately $3.5 million to over $100 million through his ability to focus and deliver on our clients needs in all areas of their business.
Prior to joining Reflections Group, Kevin was with the State Electricity Commission of Victoria, as Manager, Property Investments, Superannuation – overseeing a diverse property portfolio worth approximately $300 million, that included large office buildings and major shopping centres.
A great motivator Kevin is also highly skilled at getting the most out of his team members, and possess strong interpersonal skills communicating just as effectively with his team in the workplace, as he does in the board room. His teams routinely deliver optimum performance as a result.
Kevin recently spent several months in the United States for Reflection Group to gain a knowledge of the operational standards and procedures within the US mall cleaning industry. This international perspective has proven to be of value when discussing projects with our existing clients with properties in the United States.
