As National Operations Manager, Douglas Patestos is responsible for a broad range of performance measures across the group, which includes the training and mentoring of State and Area Managers and the implementation of Human Resources Policies and Procedures and the Groups Integrated Management System (IMS). In addition Douglas will actively seek to expand commercial cleaning opportunities nationally and to identify and research potential new clients, new contracts and new business opportunities.

Douglas' depth of experience and knowledge within Reflections Group and our industry is impressive and highly valued. Prior to taking up his current position in November 2009, Douglas held the position of General Manager NSW and ACT, and possesses a wealth of experience gained from managing contracts for some of the largest shopping centres, tourist and leisure precincts and commercial buildings within Australia and managed contracts of National significance in his positions of State Manager, Victoria and prior to that State Manager, South Australia.
In 2005 Douglas spent several months in the United States on behalf of Reflections Group where he undertook a thorough investigation and review of the Shopping Centre cleaning industry, it's operational standards and procedures.
