As General Manager NSW and ACT, Douglas Patestos brings a wealth of experience in managing contracts for some of the largest shopping centres, tourist and leisure precincts and commercial buildings within Australia.

Douglas' depth of experience and knowledge within Reflections Group and our industry is impressive and highly valued. Prior to taking up his current position in 2008 Douglas managed contracts of National significance in his positions of State Manager, Victoria and prior to that State Manager, South Australia.
In 2005 Douglas spent several months in the United States on behalf of Reflections Group where he undertook a thorough investigation and review of the Shopping Centre cleaning industry, it's operational standards and procedures. The experience and additional knowledge of our industry internationally has provided depth and insight when discussing projects with our existing clients with properties in other countries.
