Matt Sheers, State Manager Security, New South Wales was invited to join the Reflections Management team in 2005. Matt possesses both professional qualifications and extensive experience in gained in managerial and operational positions within the property management industry enabling him to fulfil the role and responsibilities of his position.
Matt is also well supported by his team of Regional Managers who possess extensive experience in the security of shopping centres and commercial properties.
In addition, Matt utilises his valued experience from his previous role as Director of Facilities Management at Savills and oversees the development of the complete service package from the tender process, through to the commencement of the contact.
