As General Manager Victoria and Tasmania, Stephen Crewes is familiar with the ongoing challenges that are associated with growth of the company and its expansion into new client sectors and service areas. Since he joined his brother Wayne in 1983, Stephen has worked in many areas of the cleaning industry and participated in all aspects of the company's development.
Appropriate training is a key component of Reflections success and a new generation of Leading Hands, Supervisors and Area Managers, has been developed and trained by Stephen, to carry on the family’s tradition of a rock-solid commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer care, standards which are the envy of other contractors.
Stephen Crewes has vast experience and a comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Operations within our industry and is well aware of the needs of property owners and the value of quality service, particularly in areas with large public participation.
As General Manager and Director, Stephen's contribution to the every day running of the company will continue to be highly valued. We consistently review our systems and procedures adjusting them as necessary to improve not only our service to our clients but to ensure a safe workplace and practices are in place for our employees.
