Peter Stewart, Retail Operations Manager South Australia, joined Reflections Group Pty Ltd in 2003. Peter is responsible for all aspects of contract management including client liaison budget control and customer service.
Peter possesses a sound knowledge of all aspects of our industry and an enthusiasm for his position that has seen him achieve exceptional results for our clients and our company.
Peter believes that in order to provide customer service that exceeds our clients expectation we must focus on establishing open and responsive communication. With a sound understanding of our clients expectations it is possible to take a pro active approach to managing their contract and to implement what ever actions are necessary when issues may arise from time to time.
Communication is also an essential ingredient when training and motivating effective on-site teams. Peter is proud of his teams and the results they achieve and is keen to ensure that they are acknowledged for their efforts and encouraged to take pride in their work. Peter's approach has ensured that his on site teams provide exceptional customer service and all cleaning services to Reflections Group standards in a safe environment in which all OH&S regulations are adhered to at all times.
