Alvin joined the Reflections Board in July 2007 following an investment in the company by Hastings Private Equity.
Alvin has been a director of Hastings Private Equity since 2006 and is involved in sourcing, assessing, managing investment opportunities for Hastings Private Equity.
Alvin joined Hastings in 1998 as part of the infrastructure group executing a number of unlisted investments and transitioned to the private equity business in 2001 at it's inception.
Prior to joining Hastings, Alvin worked in the Corporate Finance division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He joined Deloitte in 1996 and worked on several large and complex transitions including the privatisation of transport and utility companies.
