Shayne Turner State Manager Facilities, New South Wales has been with Reflections Group since 2003 and has drawn upon his previous experience as National Operations Director at Byvan Management, and as Maintenance Supervisor in retail shopping centres for Lend Lease to provide support to our on-site teams in all disciplines.
Of particular value to our clients and managers is Shayne's breadth of experience and ability to advise on all aspects of full facilities management functions. In addition further executive contact with many of our clients, provides Shayne with the opportunity to offer advice and support in labour appointment, competency based training, standard operating procedures, site protocols, cost and risk containment strategies.
