Bradley has over eighteen years experience in our industry and since joining the company early in 2009, has impressed us with his dedication, client focus, hands on approach and his capacity to lead by example.
To further ensure successful contract delivery, Bradley conducts regular internal inspections and audits at all sites with a view to identifying any site specific issues early and developing strategies to manage them effectively, in both the immediate and longer term to avoid their reoccurrence.
Bradley is a firm believer in establishing collaborative, working relationships with all on site teams and area managers and will liaise with, organise, train and mentor all team members to achieve optimum performance and identified outcomes.
Bradley is responsible for the delivery of efficient Cleaning and Facilities Management services in NSW and within the ACT and will continue develop operational plans in accordance with client requirements and to oversee the administration of the Group’s cleaning activities.
