John Wells, State Manager Security, Queensland joined Reflections Security in March 2006 as State Operations Manager before being promoted to State Manager (Qld) in September 2007.
John was a member of the Royal Australian Air Force for 22 years before joining the security industry. His roles within the industry have included Security Officer, Senior Security Officer, Correctional Officer, Industries Coordinator, Prison Commissioning Coordinator and Manager Special Projects.
John has specialised knowledge in all facets of security and custodial practice and is aware of the role design plays in operational practices on day to day activities. He has the experience in policy, procedure development and review and the ability to interface these procedures with client requirements.
John is aware of the safety and security risks associated with providing an efficient and effective security service along with the need to mitigate these risks during the transition phase of a new contract.
