Workplace Consultation
At Reflections Group we are enthusiastic in our approach to maintaining a work culture built on mutual trust, respect and co-operation in the workplace. We seek to consult with all employees, to enable them to express their views, to contribute to problem solving, and to influence planning and decision making on matters that affect their work.
Grievances and Issues
If a grievance or issue arises we encourage our employees to bring it to our attention and to initially, discuss it with their immediate supervisor or manager who will endeavour to resolve the matter ideally within a few days. If they remain dissatisfied with the response at this level, clearly defined processes are in place within the company's Human Resources Department and Employee Fair Treatment Committee, to manage the grievance to resolution.
Our employees may request that a suitable person of their choice accompany and support them, throughout this process.
Alternatively as a last point of call a grievance can be reported to the companys externally appointed Whistleblower consultants, STOPline, who will ensure that the grievance is appropriately reported and investigated.
