Training and Supervision

Supervision is paramount in the delivery of high quality services. With many of our services delivered in retail and leisure precincts that operate seven days a week, we do not vary our level of supervision from day to day, and as such our employees and centres are fully supervised seven days a week.

Our Area Managers are trained to communicate well so our employees completely understand tasks are expected of them. They are trained and retrained in approved procedures, so each person always knows precisely what has to be done and how it is to be done.

Reflections Group actively encourages all our employees to offer their suggestions on any aspect of our business. Occupational Health and Safety suggestions are particularly welcomed and appropriately recognized if adopted.
