In response to requests by several of our Shopping Centre clients who also managed commercial buildings, we diversified our cleaning services into the commercial property sector.

Our contracts at new sites often commence when we carry out the final builders clean and continue with new contracts to provide cleaning services on a ongoing basis.

We are proud to say that along with our contracts at new buildings we have also been successful when tendering for contracts at buildings of historical significance.

Our contract with Adelaide City Council includes – a brand new building providing state-of-the-art library services to clients of all ages in a bright, contemporary interior.

Whilst the beautifully restored Adelaide Town Hall and Council Chambers feature magnificent examples of high Victorian architecture including the heritage colour scheme and traditional special finishes in the Banqueting Room and Council Chambers.
