Our commitment to excellence extends to building effective on site teams.

If they are to achieve the standards we expect they require equipment, products and training appropriate to the task. We also ensure that our equipment is serviced and maintained to manufacturers standards to minimize equipment failure, to reduce inefficiencies and frustrating disruptions to our employee’s workday.

To achieve our consistently high standards requires that all our employees be trained to the appropriate industry standards and in addition in our own particular methods and procedures. These methods include our approach to dry ‘wet spills’ in a manner that eliminates residues; and the importance of ‘Wet Floor’ signs in the area.

Our methods of floor treatment particularly for terrazzo and other stone finishes along with our proven method to reduce slip/falls even under wet conditions on both polish or other hard floor finishes, have gained us a reputation as superior operators against our competitors.

To ensure our standards are maintained our Area Managers conduct inspections of the centres we clean three to four times a week.
