With this service in place all employees at a site are assured peace of mind knowing that through their regular check ins, their presence and safety is monitored by our control room throughout the night.

When you engage our ' 24 hour help desk' service you effectively have a backup operations manager out of hours who is provided with a full list of all approved contacts and service providers for each site. In an after hours emergency, our help desk operator can then effectively manage the situation for you by contacting the appropriate person or service in accordance with the approved procedures.
