Our Contracts

In May 2004, we were awarded our first facility management contract with Lend Lease at Dandenong Plaza Victoria.

After a successful 12 months for our onsite team, our contract to provide facility management services was renewed and extended to a period of three years. We have 52 staff at this site providing cleaning, maintenance, customer service and security services at the centre.

The experience gained in managing this contract provided us with a valuable knowledge resource to draw upon as we prepared to commence three additional new facility management contracts with General Properties Trust and Lend Lease in July 2005.

Erina Fair, an hour or so north of the Sydney CBD, is the largest Shopping Centre on the New South Wales Central Coast and the principal centre for residents in nearby Gosford and the beachside towns of Terrigal and Avoca. Our Facility Manager ensures our 69 employees at this site provide cleaning, maintenance, customer service and security services to the highest standards.

Charlestown Square is just south of Newcastle and services the residents of this city and the smaller towns in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Our Facility Manager at this site, oversees the complete facility management services provided by our 48 staff, to ensure that they are befitting of this world class regional centre, which offers its patrons the only access to a Myer store within the region.

Parkmore Shopping Centre, in suburban Melbourne, provides the local residents with all their everyday shopping needs, our 31 staff at this site are fully trained to provide complete facility management services. Located in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs, this centre is only several kilometres from Dandenong Plaza.
