Reflections Facility Management will consult extensively with you to establish a predetermined set of procedures (SOPs) to implement in routine and extraordinary circumstances.

The resulting operational site procedure is basic and concise in its description of your property, and is of a standard that a building supervisor must be able to produce.

Adherence to the processes and procedures set down in the guidelines ensure that the building is operational and its ‘life saving services’ are on line.

By following the SOPs, your building supervisor quickly develops an understanding of your site’s capabilities and configuration.

We provide on-going management, and review of your SOP's to ensure that they are up to date and best practice. In addition, monitoring of our response procedures ensures that they are being adhered to at all times.
