The introduction of the radio wave technology - the detailed reports on return times and the content of incident reports generally has resulted in our appointment of a national risk management coordinator to further streamline our processes.

The detailed and highly informative reports provided by our cleaners, combined with all case material being supplied in a prescribed and consistent manner by our managers, will streamline the claims process, strengthen our cases and ultimately lead to a reduction in the number of claims being lodged.

Even the simplest of claims can take in excess of two years to be settled. If our diligence in reporting can reduce the number of claims being lodged we are well on the way to reducing the costs of claims across the board.
